Tomato tart: Long live France!

It's time to spend tomatoes and we're trying to find plenty of ways. One of my favorite ways is this classic pie, the tomato pie!!

1 baked shortcrust pastry crust (see recipe from my French friend Aurélie's grandmother below).

Once cooked, garnish your crust with

  • 1 tbsp. dijon mustard mix with 1 tbsp. tablespoon of meaux mustard
  • 1/2 cup ricotta
  • Tomato slices, drained of their water and patted dry
  • Salt and pepper
  • Oregano and basil

Bake in the oven at 350F until cooked (slightly stewed tomatoes…)
