Shipping Policy

FREE DELIVERY: With a minimum purchase of $75, you’ll receive free delivery anywhere in the province of Quebec.

Orders are packaged and shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays only. Most orders are shipped within 4 business days from the order date. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, processing may be delayed. You will be notified should those delays occur.

General free delivery conditions

With a minimum purchase of $75 of any product or combination of products on Madame Germaine, shipping is free in the province of Quebec.

This offer applies to standard ground shipping only. This offer is valid on regular shipments in the province of Quebec only.

*Additional fees apply for express shipping.

Shipping terms

Delivery of orders shipped to addresses within the province of Quebec can take up to 3 to 10* business days from the time of the order.

Clients may choose to opt for faster delivery options at checkout. Surcharges may apply.

Accurate shipping addresses

Madame Germaine relies solely on the delivery addresses and information you provided. We will in no way be held responsible for incorrect delivery addresses or shipments lost due to such errors not on our part, unless otherwise justified. Our team will endeavour to work with you to help you recover your shipment, but it will still be considered your sole responsibility. Ensure that all of the information you provide is correct and reviewed before submitting your order. Please be sure to include your apartment, suite, unit, room or location number for the correct and timely delivery of your order.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

All damaged shipments should be reported to us immediately, within one business day of their receipt. Please include proof showing the condition of the shipment at delivery. These shipments will be reported to the carrier for a damages claim. Do not discard any packaging or product until all shipping problems have been resolved.

Madame Germaine will endeavour to help you recover any shipments lost due to theft, but cannot guarantee it. If you have experienced shipment theft in the past, be sure to select a shipping method that requires a signature. Once the shipment is delivered, we will be considered to have fulfilled our duty to you. Shipments lost by the carrier are insured and an insurance/reimbursement claim can therefore be filed using your tracking/order number with the carrier. Our staff will gladly guide you through the process.
