We aim to make you happy! We believe in our products! That’s why we want you to be completely satisfied. Try one of our products for 15 days and, if you’re not convinced, return it to us. We will then be happy to provide a full refund or exchange your item!
We do our best to prepare each order with love and attention. However, if you receive a broken item, give us the chance to make it right! Send us a photo of your order when you receive it, as well as your full name and your order number, and we will send you a free replacement on the next scheduled delivery date.
Changed your mind? No problem!
- We only accept returns for items that are sealed and have not been opened.
- You must return the merchandise in its original packaging, unopened.
- Due to the nature of our products (food), products whose seal has been broken or altered will not be taken back or exchanged.
- Returns for a full refund are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date that appears on your tracking number.
- Contact one of our customer service representatives at email@example.com, on Facebook or by direct chat during business hours to learn about the next steps.
- Be sure to include your full name, your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will send you further instructions for the merchandise return.
Madame Germaine will not be responsible for returned items until they have been received by our Returns Department. For your protection, we suggest that you obtain proof of shipment and that you track your order.
Please allow two to three weeks from the shipping date of your return for your account to be credited (the credit will be applied to the credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase) and one to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
