Workshop Cancellation Policy

Private group

Individual

Cancellation within 72 hours before reservation: the workshop is payable, but may be exchanged for another workshop of the same value, depending on availability, for one year following cancellation.
Cancellation within 24 hours before the reservation: the workshop is payable in full.

Whole group

Cancellation 14 days before the event: You will be charged 25% of the expected invoiced amount.
Cancellation 7 days before the event: You will be charged 50% of the expected invoiced amount.
Cancellation within the 72 hours before the event: You will be charged 75% of the expected invoiced amount.

 

Groups open to all (online or in person)

Cancellation one week before the reservation: the workshop is payable, but may be exchanged for another workshop of the same value, depending on availability, for 6 month following cancellation. (credit).
Cancellation within 72 hours before the reservation: the workshop is payable in full (no credit).
