Refund policy
Making you happy is our premise! We believe in our products! That's why we want you to be completely satisfied. Try one of our products for 15 days and, if you are not convinced, return it to us. We will be happy to give you a full refund or exchange your item!
We do our best to prepare each order with love and attention. However, if you receive a broken item, give us the chance to fix the problem! Send us a photo of your order upon receipt, along with your full name and order number, and we'll send you a free replacement on the next scheduled delivery day.
You have changed your 'opinion? No problem!
- We only accept returns if the items are sealed and have not been opened.
- You must return the merchandise in its original, unopened packaging.
- Due to the nature of our products (food), products with a broken seal or tampered with will not be returned or exchanged.
- Returns for full refund are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date that appears on your tracking number.
- Please contact one of our customer service representatives at info@madamegermaine.com, on Facebook or via live chat during business hours for next steps.
- Be sure to include your full name, order number and reason for return.
- We will send you additional instructions for returning the goods.
Madame Germaine is not responsible for returned items until they have been received by our returns department. For your protection, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage and track your order.
Please allow two to three weeks from the date your return is shipped for your account to be credited (credit will be applied to the credit card or PayPal account used for the purchase) and one to two billing cycle(s) for the credit to appear on your statement.
