Butter Chicken 15 minutes!
She has finally arrived!
The famous 15-minute butter chicken recipe made with the spice mix A Spice Affair Butter Chicken*!
Enjoy everyone, I have nothing to add! Bomb!!
For about 4 people
1/2 cup of butter
1 onion, chopped
2 chicken breasts, cubed
6 tbsp. A Spice Affair Butter Chicken Spice Blend
2 tbsp. tablespoon tomato paste
3/4 cup cooking cream
A little salt (to taste)
1 tbsp. maple syrup
A few coriander leaves (if desired, optional!)
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 1/3 cup butter.
Fry the onion for 2 minutes. Add the chicken and 4 tbsp. tablespoon spice mix. Brown for about 10 minutes, stirring regularly so that the chicken does not stick and the spices burn.
If it feels sticky, add a little water just to loosen it up and not burn the spices.
After about 10 minutes (the chicken should be cooked, but not dry, it will depend on the size of your pieces!), add the tomato paste, the rest of the butter, the rest of the spices, and the cream, well to mix together. Once the cream is set, simmer for one to two minutes (boost the heat a little if necessary), just long enough to warm it up but without cooking it.
Add the maple syrup and adjust the seasoning (salt) to your taste.
Serve with basmati rice flavored with cumin or fennel seeds and naan bread.
