Eggs stuffed with chorizo

For 6 eggs
Chorizo, cut into small pieces
Salt and pepper
Cook the eggs according to Francis Reddy's perfect method (transmitted from Francis to Daniel Vézina to Nathaly!!). Put 1 cm of water in the bottom of a saucepan. Add the eggs. Cook over high heat, covered, for 6 minutes.
Remove the shell of the eggs, cut in half, remove the yolks and put them in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients. The quantity varies according to your tastes!
Return a spoonful of the mixture to each of the egg halves.
