Burgers full of flavor
Summer has finally arrived and it makes you want to eat… barbeque burgers! But here, I am far from wanting a McDo. And as I received a beautiful gift basket from the Maison Orphée, with a multitude of wonderful products to try, well here is my version of a burger that is out of the ordinary…
Get inspired to make your own version!
For 4 meatballs:
500g minced pork
4 green onions, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp. tablespoons maple and harissa mustard from Maison Orphée
1 tbsp. tablespoon of meaux mustard
3 tbsp. tablespoon fresh basil, chopped
1 tbsp. of basil olive oil by Maison Orphée
1 tbsp. honey
1 tbsp. tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. tablespoon soy sauce
Salt and pepper
For the toppings:
Mayonnaise
Maple and harissa mustard from Maison Orphée
Boston lettuce
Slices of cucumbers, tomatoes and radishes
Chopped mint
Olive oil with basil from Maison Orphée
I used store-bought naan bread rolls that I coated with olive oil and basil and then grilled (personally, I made a version on toast).
Cook your meatballs until the meat is well cooked, then add your toppings on your bread. Then try to taste elegantly!
