FREE SHIPPING: With a minimum purchase of $75, you get free shipping anywhere in Quebec.

Orders are packed and shipped on Tuesdays and Fridays only . Most orders ship within 4 business days of the order date. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, the processing of your order may be delayed. You will be notified of such delays should they occur.

With a minimum purchase of $75 in Quebec of any product or combination of products on Madame Germaine, shipping is free.

This offer applies to standard ground shipping only. This offer is valid on regular shipments in Quebec only.

Shipping Time

Delivery of orders shipped to addresses in Quebec may take 3-10* business days from the time the order is placed.

Customers can choose to upgrade to faster delivery options at checkout. Supplements may apply.

Precise shipping addresses

Madame Germaine relies solely on the delivery addresses and information you have provided. In no event shall we be liable for inaccurate shipping addresses or lost packages due to such errors not made by us, unless otherwise justified. Our team will do their best to work with you to help you recover your package, but it will always be considered your sole responsibility. Please ensure that all information you provide is accurate and reviewed before submitting your order. Please be sure to include your apartment, suite, unit, room or space number to ensure proper and timely delivery of your order.

Damaged or lost packages

All damaged packages must be reported to us within one business day of receipt. Please include a proof showing the condition in which the package was received. These packages will be reported to the carrier for a damage claim. Please do not discard any packaging or product until all shipping issues have been resolved.

Madame Germaine will do her best to help you recover any packages lost due to theft, but cannot guarantee this. Please be sure to select a shipping method that requires a signature if you have had experience of package theft, as once the package is delivered we will consider that we have done our duty. Packages lost by the carrier are insured and an insurance/refund claim can therefore be made using your tracking/order number with the carrier. Our staff will gladly guide you through the process.
