1. Prepare yourself by sipping a little mint tea if you wish.
The tea recipe and shopping list to prepare a meal for 4 people are here.
2. Take out the following kitchen utensils :
- Measuring and stirring cups and spoons
- cutting board and knife
- 2 mixing bowls and 2 small bowls
- 1 casserole dish (crucible style)
- 1 small cauldron
- 1 small colander
- A plate covered with parchment paper
- 2 beautiful serving plates, or even a tagine!
3. Préparer ceci :
- Cut the chicken into strips
- Take out the vegetables and clean them
- Keep the rest of the ingredients handy (no need to measure, just have them nearby)
