To drink like the Greeks:
Besides raki and tsipouro, the Greeks produce a wonderful alcohol called Ouzo. Made from neutral alcohol mixed with various aromatics, mainly anise, they sip this drink on ice at the end of the day, with a few small varied condiments. How about a glass of ouzo while cooking?
