1. Prepare yourself by sipping a little mint tea.

2. Take out the following kitchen utensils :
- Measuring and stirring cups and spoons
- cutting board and knife
- 2 mixing bowls and 2 small bowls
- 1 casserole dish (crucible style) or a cooking tagine
- 1 small cauldron
- 1 small colander
- A plate covered with parchment paper
- 2 beautiful serving plates, or even a tajine to serve!
3. Prepare this:
- Cut the chicken into strips
- Take out the vegetables and clean them
- Keep the rest of the ingredients handy (no need to measure, just have them nearby)
